Heard this quote of Rick Warren’s on the radio yesterday and it REALLY made me think…

Definitely something to think about…

YES! Affluence/influce, one both or the other….either way, we have to use our gifts for his glory!

Oops! You can get rid of the first link…made a mistake! Looking forward to reading through the blogs tomorrow!!

I changed the one that had a mistake, but didn’t see another… Loved your brain friendly post! (Lovin’ the pictures on your travel blog, too!) for anyone who’s interested. :)

Isn’t that the truth! I’ve been reading in Luke, and I was mulling over some words of Jesus when he was sharing a parable about the shrewd manager {I think chapter 15 or 16}, and he says that we are to use our worldly wealth to make friends for eternal purposes. I wonder if that scripture directly backs up the Warren quote.
Anyway, definitely thought-provoking.

I heard a preacher speak on just that thing… using our money on others for eternal purposes… I’d be interested in doing more study on this… definitely something to think about. :)

Hi Michelle!

I LOVE this quote – it’s so easy for me to get caught up in my own little world and lose sight of what REALLY matters! Thanks for sharing this :-)

I know I am a little late, but I shared a link to a post about being plugged in to Christ. This is my first time here, and I am looking forward to looking through the rest of the links!

Thanks again for sharing that great quote! Mindy

Hi Mindy!

I’m SO glad you stopped by and shared you link! Being plugged in to Christ is definitely something we all need to think about!

Hope to see you around more!
