Gone Blueberry Pickin’

Today we’re off doing something I’ve wanted to do for a LONG time…  we’ve gone blueberry picking! Since this is the weekend of an East Texas family reunion on my mother-in-love’s side of the family, it seemed like the perfect time to go. So we’ve headed to Edom, Texas to pick us sum’ of them there blueberries (said in my best East Texas accent). ;) Then we’re going to spend a night with Mimi and Poppy in their camper. We’re looking forward to a fun-filled weekend of fraddling with family!

See you when we get back! Hope you have a WONDERFUL weekend!

If you missed it, please check out yesterday’s post: I’ve Been Thinking (fraddling for The Thirsty). And if you want to continue on that topic, check out this awesome video

The Story of the Thirsty from Living Water International on Vimeo.

Then, if you’re interested, check out It Always Comes Back to Cokes With Me to see how God has pressed on my heart to give out of my abundance for The Thirsty.

Coming next week… Stay tuned for my new life motto approaching the big 4-0: “It is what it is” (don’t worry, it doesn’t have to do with clean drinking water). ;)

Oh, what fun! Have you decided what to make with all the blueberries? :D

Have an awesome day!

Oh how fun! I hope you enjoy every moment of it! Take care my friend!

Hope you have a great time!!! I hope to go blueberry picking (for the 1st time ever) in a couple of months!! =)

Cranberry Morning

What fun! I hope you get a ton of berries!

Thanks, you guys! But, I’m disappointed to say we didn’t go… I’ve been fighting a head-cold/virus for the past few days and my husband woke up with a bad case of the same thing… now my oldest seems to be getting it, too. Bummer!

I’m hoping we all get better soon and get to go picking at another farm Sunday. :) Hope you guys are having a GREAT weekend! ♥ Michelle

Thanks for this video and also your abundance post. It breaks my heart to think that my children and I just went swimming in a pool filled with beautiful clear water and millions are dying for just one drink. Since our return from Ethiopia our ABUNDANCE has been reviled to us at every corner. I rejoice in knowing our sweet Mamo doesn’t have to go another day hungry, but their are SO MANY more that still will. BTW I would like to share this video on my blog.

Thanks for taking the time to watch and read it! :)

I know what you mean… we brought our oldest home from an orphanage in Russia in 2004 and so many times when I’d watch him play and think of how thankful I was that he was with us, my heart would break for those left behind!

Btw, I’d love it if you’d share the video! It’s from http://www.water.cc (Living Water International). Share anything here that you’d like! :)

May God be glorified!

♥ Michelle

(I’m glad to be getting to know you!) :)
