Live In The Moment (a note to myself)

Don’t miss the joy of this…

by letting your mind be preoccupied with this…

Live in the moment and enjoy every second of it!

Time is fleeting…

And the computer will still be there when you’re done. ;)

(A note to myself as I enter the world of Pinterest.)

Lisa

A very good reminder for us all. Many blessings!

SomeGirl

Blessings to you, too!

Amy

With the kids home, I can’t even get within 2 feet of the computer. Why is Pinterest so addicting?

SomeGirl

It’s full of all kinds of eye-candy! Beautiful, beautiful photos of things you’d LOVE to make, do, have, share… etc, etc, etc…. Just LOVELY to sit and look at and browse through! Let me know if you’d like an invite. :)

Mary

You are SO right! Pinterest is mighty addictive…. but I’d much rather look at my cuties! :-)

SomeGirl

I agree! (Although I don’t always feel that way at the end of a “Calgon take me away!!” kind of a day… like today. Good thing I wrote this post yesterday to remind me.) ;)

Shanda

What a precious little face.

SomeGirl

I think so, too (but I might be a little biased). ;)

Jennifer

So true! Priorities, priorities. (sigh!)

SomeGirl

Ugh. You commented on this post, drawing my attention to this reminder, at the same time I’m camped out in my husband’s office avoiding my motherly over-time requests (extra back scratches and such) and vegging on the iPad… guess I better heed my own advice and live in the moment. ;) Thanks for snapping me out of my selfish moment! :)

Love it! There are so many things competing for our time. We control what wins. We better make wise choices! You’ll have to link this up tomorrow!

I so agree! Social media has a way of sucking all of my time away, as my children go off and do their own thing. I am wanting to be more mindful of that, and I try only to get on the computer when the are in bed or away from the home doing something.
