Isn’t that the truth! I’ve been reading in Luke, and I was mulling over some words of Jesus when he was sharing a parable about the shrewd manager {I think chapter 15 or 16}, and he says that we are to use our worldly wealth to make friends for eternal purposes. I wonder if that scripture directly backs up the Warren quote.
Anyway, definitely thought-provoking.

I heard a preacher speak on just that thing… using our money on others for eternal purposes… I’d be interested in doing more study on this… definitely something to think about. :)

Hi Michelle!

I LOVE this quote – it’s so easy for me to get caught up in my own little world and lose sight of what REALLY matters! Thanks for sharing this :-)

I know I am a little late, but I shared a link to a post about being plugged in to Christ. This is my first time here, and I am looking forward to looking through the rest of the links!

Thanks again for sharing that great quote! Mindy
